Koala Bear
Although koalas look like teddy bears they are not actually bears but rather marsupials – the only marsupial with a pouch that opens at the rear. After about seven months in the pouch a koala baby will cling to its mother’s back until the age of one year. Koalas feed on eucalyptus leaves mostly at night. They will spend several nights feeding in each tree and will cling to the tree with their long claws even while they are sleeping!
Your adoption includes a beautiful, plush Koala Bear, a Certificate of Adoption, and a stunning 8×10 color photo!
